DC Nation is a Cartoon Network programming block dedicated to the DC Comics. It started on March 3, 2012 and airs every Saturday with new episodes and repeats them every Sunday. The block features new episodes of Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Young Justice and a series of DC Shorts.
On October 13, 2012, DC Nation announced, via Facebook & Twitter, that the DC Nation Block, along with Young Justice & Green Lantern: The Animated Series, would be on hiatus until January of 2013.[1] After the hiatus it now airs every week normally.

Sam Register, Vice President of Creative Affairs at Warner Bros. Animation, has promised new DC shorts will air every week.
It has also been confirmed that DC Nation will feature documentaries conducted by fans and creators of DC Comics.
