The Edible Biomass Detector (EBD) is a mobile scanner used to find organic life.
History[]
It was devised by Aya to help Hal Jordan accurately pinpoint sources of food on a Class G Planet in an effort to replenish the Interceptor's rations. However, the EBD led Jordan to some bizarre things and prompted Jordan to toss it aside.
